Yoga is a kind of physical, mental, spiritual and disciplinary exercise that originated in India and is thought to be a kind of ancient contemplative worship practiced by Indians in their different religions, such as Buddhism or Hinduism. Today yoga has become one of the most contemplative and physical exercises practiced by people; to improve body and soul health. Having a yoga instructor-led and out-of-home course is a great way to introduce and practice a person. It can be difficult to find time or money to join yoga centers, however, or there can be no center near the place of residence of the person .

Take some lessons to learn, and most of their learning centers can give a free opportunity to learn the first lesson; if this is the first time a person has learned yoga, it’s good to take at least one or two lessons to learn.
1. Use videos to teach beginners yoga; there are many videos sold or viewable online; teach beginners yoga step by step, and watch them on TV.
2. To do some online yoga research; there are plenty of resources and subjects for teaching how to practice at home.
3. It may be difficult, especially if you have no experience, so understanding the basics of yoga and the proper sequence of situations is important. To practice successfully while as much as possible avoiding the risk of injury.


4. For general yoga goals. It’s good to know why you want to practice it before you start; it can be a way of exercising, reducing stress, and healing a disease or injury, or a path to spiritual peace. Collect the equipment and tools you need to practice; at least you need a yoga mat, your own belt and the right clothing.
5. Determine the number of days a person wishes to practice yoga and adhere to these days and make it a daily routine until the body becomes accustomed to it.
6. To find and prepare a suitable and comfortable place to practice, as an empty room, or–if possible–in the house garden between trees and nature, and space must be sufficient; because yoga needs to stretch the entire body.
