Benefits of Vitamin D

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin required to keep powerful bones healthy. Known as the "sunshine vitamin," when skin is subjected to the ultraviolet rays of the sun, vitamin D is created and is also discovered in dietary supplements and certain foods.
